Not guilty plea
David Ronald DeLacyParkes, 37, truck-driver of Wellington, pleaded not guilty to one charge of causing intentional damage to a telephone booth, the property of Telecom New Zealand, on 20 August and to a charge of assaulting police constable Stuart Ngatai of Ohakune on the same date. He was remanded for a defended hearing on 13 October. Counsel: Gary Johnson.
