In the case of any other Customer (to which the above clause does not apply) the provisions of these standard terms will apply to the extent that these provisions do not limit or exclude any provisions of the Act and will take effect subject to the provision of that Act. Clause 9. Agreement for Supply of Electricity The Customer agrees to complete and sign an Application and Agreement for Supply of Electricity on the Company's standard form. If the provisions of the Application form have not been completed by the Customer within seven days of supply of electricity being made available by the Company, the Company reserves the right to disconnect the supply of electricity until such time as the provisions of the Agreement have been complied with. Clause 11. Special Meter Readings Where the Customer requires the Company to make a Special Reading of any meter at a time different to the programmed meter reading times, the Customer agrees to pay the cost of the Special Reading Any reference to "King Country Electric Power Board" has been changed to "the Company". Remaining connected to and continuing to draw electricity supply from the company after 1st October 1994, will mean you accept these terms and conditions. Alternatively a customer and this Board may specifically agree to other terms and conditions for the use of the Company's systems.
