Club visit

Ohakune Club members greeted visitors from the Waimarino Club to return their recent visit to their establishment, and eight pairs played one short game of snooker, two games of eight ball and two games of darts. Everyone attending the evening appeared to enter into the spirit of the challenge but when one of the players was called a shark after a particularly good shot on the snooker the seriousness of the game was lost when a spectator stated. "He' s not a shark, he' s a Whale." It took a little while for the laughter to stop. The final score was in the favour of the W aimarino Club again but Ohakune Club is not letting this get them down and is regrouping for the next visit to the Waimarino Club. S upper was served at the end of the games.
