$1000 from CCS shop day
For the first time in recent years the weather was mild and pleasant for the Waimarino branch of the CCS to hold their annual fund-raising shop day, with $1000 being raised. "Thanks to the members and supporters for their donations and thanks also to those who supported by buying the goods and raffles," said organiser Nancy Winter.
