|f=F) | AGRIFEED jL-hl LIQUID MA SUPPLEMENT II H Agrifeed works byfeeding the M | H micro- organisms in the rumba ^ ( stomach ). These micro-organisms contain the enzymes required to break down the fibre ofbulky foods so they can be digested and the nutrients used. The combination ofmolasses and urea enables the micro-organisms to multiply and work more efficiently thereby breaking down roughage such as hay and silage. The largest single ingredient of Agrifeed is molasses - long known for its tonic effect on livestock. Molasses is palatable and provides energy that is readily utilised by ruminant animals. Rumen micro-organisms can convert certain nitrogen containing substances such as urea into bacterial protein that the animal can easily use. Phospholic acid is the most digestable source of phosphorus which is essential to an animals diet. Its acidity serves to inhibit stock from taking up excessive amounts of the supplement. Trace minerals included are copper, cobalt, iron, manganese, zinc, and iodine, and the vitamins A,D & E. Use Himag in conjunction with poor feed quality. The combination ofmolasses and urea can improve digestion up to 10%. This enables farmers to make the best use ofhay or silage. Seddon St, Raetihi. F*h 385 4380
