• A number of white plastic fence standards were taken from a Valley Road, Raetihi, property last month. • Overnight Monday 18 July, a black ski rack was taken off a vehicle parked at the rear of the Ohakune Hotel. Police enquiries are continuing. • As a result of Television New Zealand' s Crimewatch programme on 19 July, a 21-year old Ohakea man was arrested for the theft of a ski jacket and pants that were taken from Cardrona Ski Resort in Easter this year. The man was spotted by Turoa Ski Resort staff wearing the stolen items of clothing and a quick thinking staff member notified local police. He will appear in the Ohakune District Court on 1 1 August.
