Ruapehu's radio wars look set to heat up with an application for an injunction to stop Ski Fm from broadcasting due to be heard on Friday. ment at this stage. He said negotiations were continuing. Earlier, the two stations had signed an agreement to merge, broadcasting from Peak Fm's base in Ohakune. But the agreement lapsed due to certain conditions not being able to be met, according to Ski Fm' s director Dave Campbell.
