Team potential not reflected in score
Saturday's 39-18 loss by Waiouru to Otaki was not a true reflection of the club' s potential, according to officials. A spokesperson said teams must be content with those players who are available to play on the day, due to their varied and hectic work schedules. Saturday's team played extremely well, considering. Player of the day was Mr Baker, who also contributed a try to the score. Other try scorers were Mr Clarke, Mr Greening and Mr Pompey. Thanks are extended to Waiouru supporters who travelled to Otaki and gave the team encouragement.
