• A local man was arrested by Ohakune Police last Wednesday 1 3 April, following a recent assault on another man. He will appear in the Ohakune District Court on Thursday 21 April. • Police attended a domestic dispute at Valley Road, Raetihi, on Sunday night. A man was attacked with a bottle. Enquiries are continuing. • A 22-year old Auckland man was arrested on Saturday night, after being found in possesion of cannabis. A police official stopped the man in his car on State Highway 4 at around 1 1pm. He will appear in the Ohakune District Court this Thursday, on possesion charges.
