A book fair was held in the library and many children and parents looked at the books and brought them. The fair was a big success. □ During school assemblies children have had a chance to read in front of others. □ At 9.45am on the 22 April the school will be holding an Anzac ceremony. After the ceremony there will be a Kiwi-sport day. Special teachers are coming from Wanganui to help and we hope to have: netball, hockey, toueh-soccer, short-ten-

nis and possibly volleyball. □ The Science Advisor, Mr Cole, from the Palmerston North College of Education came to the school last week to help teachers with science. Rooms 3, 1 1 and 15 were lucky enough to have a science lesson with him. The junior syndicate had the maths and reading advisor up to give them some lessons. □ The school culture group started on Friday 15 April. They have a lot of new members and hope it will get off io a great start.
