Debate rules
• Dr Cowland' s letter, published last week in the Bulletin suffers from a highbrow emotiveness that contributes little or nothing to the debate on issues raised by June Bate's recent correspondence. May I suggest that he should follow 'his rules' for debate and produce some substantive facts which reflect informed and scientific research. Bob Peck.
