Child's play for new supervisor

Ohakune Kindergarten' s new Play Group supervisor, Kerren Dixon, is no stranger to the centre, having had her two older children pass through and her third child presently enrolled at the kindergarten. Kerren took up the position at the beginning of the year and last week released a news letter introducing herself to mothers. The Wednesday morning session runs

from 10am- 12am, with a $1 fee attached to cover the use of facilities. Kerren emphasised that the session is just as much for mothers as it is an outing for their youngsters. "It's a great way to meet new people, of just a chance to get out of the house for a couple of hours" she said.
