PUBLIC r Notibgs I Public Notice Public Notice is given that the King Country Electric Power Trust proposes to amend the Trust deed in accordance with the Public Consultative Procedure as follows: That Clause 1.1 (f) be changed to read: "(f)" "Consumers" means any person, who at any appropriate date designated from time to time by the Trustees: (i) is named in the records of the Company as being liable (whether alone or jointly with any other person) under the terms of a contract between the Company and that person, for the payment of any amount payable in respect of the supply of electrical energy by the company to an electrical installation within the District pursuantto that contract; or (ii) is named in the records of the Company as a person who owns or uses an electrical installation within the District which is connected to the Company's distribution networkand who isorwill be liable (whether alone or jointly with any other person) to the Company for the payment of any amount in respect of that connection to the Company's distribution network".
