Soccer: Most improved senior player - Lindsay Cast; Journeaux senior soccer trophy (for achieving a high level of ability and showing dedication to the game) - Avinesh Sharma. Avinesh has been a dedicated 1st XI team member for five years, captaining the side in 1993. He has led by example assisting with refereeing where necessary. He has also cap-
tained a college indoor soccer team, which won an adult competition. Tennis: Boys champion - Rhys Langdon; Girls champion - Lee McCann. Cricket: Best team member - Glenn Marriott; Best all round bowler - William Sutton; Batting award - Aeneas O'Sullivan. Interwhanau competition Weka: cricket, soccer, rugby, skiing, gymnastics, mathematics and science (joint award) Tui: cross country, hockey, speeches, science (joint award) and english. Huia: swimming, volleyball, tennis, netball, science (joint award) and social studies. Kiwi: athletics, diving, softball and basketball. Champion whanau cup - Tui.
