Tongariro National Park business users to meet

Local business operators and conservation concessionaires will be meeting with Department of Conservation officers next month. An inaugural meeting between these groups was successfully held last May. The November meeting has been arranged to" coincide with the meeting of the New Zealand Adventure Tourism Council. "The last meeting was an excellent opportunity for business operators to get together and not only discuss any issues with the Department of Conservation, but talk over matters of mutual interest with other operators," said Barbara Curtis, organiser of the event. Anyone interested can contact Barbara Curtis for more details on 07-386-8607 ext 6236.
