Ladies golf
The first round of the club champs had the following results: Silver J Taylor beat G Whale; Bronze 1 P Mcllroy beat E Rush, B Dempsey beat L Drinkwater, G Fraser beat D Deighton and B Frost beat A Pritt. The rest of the field had a stableford competition won by J Mathews who also reduced her handicap from 28 to 27. Two's were scored by N Cranston and K Greenwood.
