SPE^T^DER REVOKE THE WHANGANUI RIVER CONTROL BYLAWS 1991 Public notice is hereby given that at its meeting held on 20August 1993 the Council resolved by way of Special Order pursuant to Section 7I6B of the Local Government Act 1974 for the purport of revoking the Whanganui River Control Bylaws 1991. The Special Order will be submitted for a confirming resolution at the next Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers Huia Street, Taumarunui on Friday 17 September 1 993 commencing at 1 1 .00am. Copies of the resolution to be confirmed are deposited at Council Offices and Libraries in Taumarunui, Ohakune and Raetihi and are open for inspection by the public in the normal opening hours of those Offices and Libraries.
