Radio signs

A local radio station has put up advertising signs without approval and the appropriate bylaw should be enforced, the Waimarino Community Board decided last Thursday. Ski FM had "plastered signs all over everything that didn't move" according to board member Bob Peck, without approval or application to the council. "The other local station, Iwi FM, has followed the correct procedure, while Ski FM has flouted the bylaws," said Mr Peck.
