• Once again I would suggest that J J Waerea reads his/her Bulletin more carefully before rushing into print. Had he/she done so, he/she would have read that the proposed facility is not only an ice rink but also a multisports arena catering for a wide range of recreational and sporting activities in which the entire local community will be able to participate and enjoy at an affordable cost. In reply to June Bate's letter she is obviously referring to a thermal blanket that floats on the surface of the water overnight rather than an allweather covered structure.
