"Go tell it on the mountain" - in the RUAPEHU^ MOW BULLETIN Each winter we turn our community newspaper, the RUAPEHU BULLETIN into a colourcovered ski paper, aimed at the many winter visitors. Coming up is the RUAPEHU SNOW BULLETIN , a special Bulletin publication celebrating Ruapehu's fun winter season. The paper will be distributed locally (4-5000 copies) through local visitor contact points (motels, garagesr shops eto) and North. Island wida (2QQQ. copies} through. , ski shopsr informatiorr centres eta l The Snow Bulletin will concentrate on information and news that will be of direct interest to visitors, including articles about what's happening on and off the mountain, background stories about why and how things get done on the ski fields and associated services, an events calendar, dining guide, alternative activities information, accommodation guide, and lots more. By being distributed around the North Island, targeting Ruapehu's catchment area, the publication will help to attract people to our area. It will also provide useful information to people once they are here for their winter holiday. We aim to build on the success of our Ruapehu '88 -Ruapehu '92 publications, by taking the best bits and adding even more, to make a great read for the visitor and a great medium for local business houses to "go tell it on the mountain" about the services they offer people.
