The Approved Change alters the Industrial C zone to Commercial B on Pt Lot 2 1 DP 1 1 7 1 0, situated on Bell Road, Taumarunui. 92/6 - (Borough of Ohakune District Scheme) The Approved Change alters the Commercial A zone to Residential A on Section 8 Block XI Ohakune Township, and uplifts the Council Yard Designation from Sections 6,7 and 8, Block XI Ohakune Township. Council resolved that | Changes 92/5A and 92/6 shall become operative on 21 May I993.
