Well done lawns

• To the lawn mowing contractors who mow the lawns in the Raetihi Township and in particular at the cemetery I congratulate you. Our streets, the pensioners flats' lawns and the cemetery lawns have been mowed regularly for some time now. What a difference it has made to our Town. Previously they would get mowed once in a while and at the

cemetery there was usually a mad rush to get them done on the morning of a funeral, so it would look reasonable on the day. Keep up the good work, as we want our town to look really great and well cared for and in

particular with the Centenary coming up in January, past residents who will be retuming for the celebrations will no doubt be driving around the streets and visiting the cemetery.
