'Sno trout on Ruapehu, is there?
Another competitor tries hard to cast the furthest in the Composite casting competition held near Turoa skifield's Giant caffe at on Saturday. The chance of winning a 1993 season ski pass attracted all sorts of wouid be anglers. E veryone was allowed two casts and was rewarded with a chocolate fish just for competing. The season's pass was won by regular and season pass buyer Bob McCrindle, Graeme Weston won a Rossignol s weatshirt for second place and Jason Marshal! took home a pair of Rossignol socks for third prize.
