One-way both ways
A reversible one-way system on the loop road of the Ohakune Mountain Road was legally confirmed at the Ruapehu District Council meeting last Friday. The council was asked to allow the traffic controllers of the road (this year contracted to Turoa Ski Resort) to vary the direction of the traffic flow to 'facilitate better traffic control'. The council agreed to this request.
