Raetihi skier George Chan was the lucky Duracel battery buyer in Ohakune New World's recent promotion. George has been skiing for about 60 years on Ruapehu, and plans to ski for a while yet. He said the skis might be a little short for him, but that he would find a use for them. He is congratulated by New World proprietor Alan Murdie.
