Singers to return

Sing Aotearoa, the choral festival hosted by the Waimarino, is coming back. The Ruapehu South Business Association heard at their last meeting that the festival would be held Labour Weekend 1993. Chairman Sue Allomes said they had tried to talk them into scheduling the event for a different time of year because Labour Weekend was very busy for Ohakune and the accommodation industry, but that the organisers wanted to stick with it.
