Bull support
The second Annual Santa Gertrudus Sale was held on account of Mrs H J and G and C Windle, on their property at Middle Road, Raetihi. There was a good attendance by buyers and supporters. The top price bull made $4,200 and was purchased by Mr M Bourke of Tau-
marunui. Bulls also went to Wanganui and Stratford and as far north and east as Warkworth and Gisborne. Loeal buyers gave good support with Kim Young and Sons, Ohorea Station and P R Scarrow purchasing bulls. The average price was $2,600.
