Free celebration seat for Plunket baby
Waiouru baby Haedyn William Jenkinson, who was born on 16 May two days after Plunket' s anniversary has free hire of his baby car seat. The gift was part of Plunket's 85th Anniversary celebration. The President of
Waiouru Plunket, Jenny Mottram, said she wanted to give the car seat to the baby born as near to the anniversary date as possible. "We thought about sending flowers, but this sort of gift is more practical and encourages
mothers to be aware of child safety in the car," Mrs Mottram said. Waiouru's car seat coordinator is Sarah Agent phone 3876 524. Prices are as follows: old style baby seat $56, new style century car seat $63, GM child seat $56.
