State earliest starting date. Approximate length of kerb and channel is 230 metres: (145m + 85m). RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ACT 1991 PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPROVED CHANGE NO.92/1 TO THE RUAPEHU DISTRICT PLAN (WAIMARINO COUNTY DISTRICT PLANNING SCHEME) The Ruapehu District Council wish to advise that at its meeting on 3 April 1992, Change No. 92/1 to the Ruapehu District Plan was approved. The Approved Change removes a designation for Camping Ground and for Holding Paddock on Section 7 Block IX Manganui Survey District, adjacent to Ruatiti Road. The Council has also resolved that the Change 92/1 shall become operative on 16 April 1992.
