During last week the Multi Studies Programme (MSP) went on camp. They started in Taumarunui and kayaked to Pipiriki. Although the weather was not to their advantage the camp was still an excellent learning experience and was greatly enjoyed by all. This week the community once again helped the College in providing learning experience in the work force for all MSP students. This exercise will continue for two weeks and will help prepare these people for the working environment. Ruapehu College appreciates the support of the community in making this programme possible. The College 1st XV rugby team has a new coach for this year's season. Mr Des Ratima from Waiouru volunteered to fill the position. He has considerable coaching experience and the College appreciates his assistance. On Saturday 4 April a 7-a-side invitation rugby tournament was held at Hato Paora in Feilding.
