Raetihi spruce-up goes on

Barry Maru and Sonny Pikari work on the Raetihi repainting scheme, tidying up the Raetihi Hardware store front. The Community Taskforce scheme, organised by Bernice Frost, aims to tidy up some of the main street buildings. The painters are volunteers who work three days a week, about five hours a day, and the paint is paid for by the building owners. Mrs Frost said they have space for more volunteers on the scheme.
