A mowing schedule for council lawns in the Waimarino was accepted by the community board at their last meeting The schedule sets out the standards for five priority rankings with objectives under each priority. Priority One includes the objectives of: maintaining a high quality finish due to its high
public profile; to enhance and preserve the landscape qualities of the urban area; to maintain a cutting programme throughout the whole year; grass to be cut and clippings removed.
