Smell health?

• I read Phillip Wilson's reply on behalf of Winstone Pulp, in the answer to "Concerned's" letter, with great interest. One thing puzzles me however. If the mill is so "squeaky clean" why is there that foul stench emanating so often from it? Until recently we lived about six miles upwind of the mill but now we're about 2-3 miles downwind and instead of an occasional "pong" we are treated to a frequent foul stench. Because it is the "smell of money" and jobs for some, I have hesitated to write before, but could the cause of that smell also be a health hazard to others who have to breathe it all day, every day? I await with interest an enlightening reply from "Winstone Pulp".
