New Raetihi business
Stu Haitana, recently returned after 20 years away from "home", has in partnership, purchased the old drycleaners building in Seddon Street Raetihi. Although considerable internal damage has been done by vandals they expect to open in the new year. The new venture is to be called "Scallywags" and will initially be a secondhand clothing outlet. Later plans are to ex-
pand to include various other goods and services including a laundromat. Stu has recently
successfully completed the Small Business management course held in Ohakune.
