End of year Bridge
The end-of-year tournament of the Ohakune Bridge Club was held on Saturday 30 November. 24 people attended, including six from Taihape. It proved a worthwhile
trip for the Taihape people as they took the first two places overall. First were Jenny Tuck and Bev McGregor and 2nd were Jerry Cranston and Marie Perry. Third place was won
by Tracy Ennis and Les Bums and they took the trophy for the best Ohakune pair#. The Trustbank Trophy which, is presented to Ihe best improved junior players went to Colin and Bev Cox.
