Archbishop to visit

The Most Reverend Brian Davis, the Bishop, of Wellington, is to visit, the Ruapehu Parish on Sunday 24th November. The Most Rev. Davis is the Archbishop of New Zealand. He is responsible for the Anglican Diocese of Wellington which covers a large area of the North Island - through from Waiouru down to Wellington. Bishop Davis is assisted in the Wellington Diocese by two other Bishops - the Right Rev. Brian Carrell and the Right Rev. Thomas Brown. The Archbishop tries to visit each of his Parishes at least once every two years. Bishop . Brian will arrive late Saturday night and will J stay with Rev. Bernie , Cox and his wife. On i Sunday 24th Bishop i Brian Davis will 1 celebrate Morning 1 Communion at St | Mary's, Raetihi, at 10am i then will join i parishoners at a Parish 1 luncheon. A combined ] churches service will be i held at St Mary's on the i 24 November at 7pm. 1
