Young Bobcats season ends

On Sunday 29 September the Bobcats - under -15 rugby league team held their prize giving and end of sea-

son function, at Jenny's Restaurant in Waiouru. They had a great season this year, only losing one game. Their highest scoring game was against Woodville, 640. Prizewinners for the season were: Player of the year was Kelly Arahanga. Most improved players were James Cleary and Chris Winter. Most improved forward was Harley Siataga-Nelson. A gift was also given to Lisa Boyce in appreciation for her services as team manageress. There was a sad farewell to team coach Barney (Lowe) Tulisi, who has been involved with league in Waiouru for the past eight years. The Bobcats would
