Remanded without plea
Dallas Clayton Elers, 23, shop assistant of Ohakune, was remanded without plea on a charge of refusing to supply a specimen of blood when requested to do so on 14 July. However he pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle carelessly on the same date and to not holding a current drivers licence. He was remanded at large to appear again on
all three charges on 24 October. Counsel: Brian Mason.
