Rugby rep
BY LINEOUT Michael Wills, an Ohakune-Karioi rugby player, has been selected to tour Canada and France with the Rugby News New Zealand Youth team. The team contains many representative players including three New Zealand Colts players. It will be coached by Sid Going and Peter Thorburn and managed by Peter Goldsmith. Michael has aiready
toured the USA with the Ruapehu Rovers and has been a valuable member of the North Wanganui Colts and Seniors and Wanganui U21s and Colts and recently was awarded the Club trophy for best player on and off the field. The team assembles on 23 October and plays games in Vancouver, Toronto, Toulouse Bayonne, La Rochelle and Paris.
