Powderhorn Leisure Ltd has made application to the Ruapehu District Licensing Agency at Taumarunui for the renewal of an on-licence in respect of the premises situated at Mangawhero Terrace, Ohakune, known as The Powderkeg Inn. The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a Restaurant & Bar. The days on which and the hours during which liquor is (or is intended to be) sold under the licence are Monday to Saturday inclusive, between 7am and 3am on the following day. Sunday, Good Friday and Christmas Day between 7am to 3am the following day to any person who is on the premises for the purpose of dining. It is aiso proposed to vary the licence to include the extended conservatory bar. The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Ruapehu District Council, Manuaute Street, Taumarunui. Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the grant of the application may, not later than 10 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Agency c/- Ruapehu District Council, Private Bag, Taumarunui. This is the SECOND publication of this notice, the first being on 13 August.
