Black & white but read all over

Many readers have expressed their dislike of the occasional lack of red on the front and back pages of the Ruapehu Bulletin, saying the paper doesn't look as good without this 'spot colour'. Because advertising revenue is down due to these hard economic times, we have decided to omit the spot colour on occasions to save a little. While we agree that the Bulletin looks better with the red, we would rather lose the colour now and again ' than compromise our campaign to keep on improving the editorial content of the Bulletin. In a nut shell, we'd rather have the Bulletin "black and white and read all over" than "black and white and red a little bit"!
