Ohakune's Trustbank branch staff have been found out! Found to be the best in customer service out of 34 Trustbank Central branches that is. The award is decided by customers who are asked to fill in a questionnaire on the bank's service. Branch manager Mark Clements added that the Ohakune branch is now the only one to stay open to 5.30pm on Fridays. He said they managed to keep the extended hours because of the special nature of this area.
