Flight: T Tapp. Makaranui Winner: C McDonald, Runner Up: G Imhoff. Flight N Cranston. A Group Winner: T Geraghty, Runner Up: T Donghi. Flight: K Herewini. B Group: A Donald, Runnerup: Kit Wilson. Flight: B Robinson. C Group Winner: T Fredriors Jnr Runner Up: Joe Murhpy. Flight A Berridge. D Group Winner: D Blackburn, Runner Up: B Marshall. Flight: C Heinold. E Group Winner: R Tidley. Runner Up: J MclLroy. Flight: Joe Martin. F Group Winner: D Williams. Runner Up: Mark Hays. Flight: J Hansen. Saturday Gross J Summerhays, Runner Up:L Coombes. A.M. Nett:C McDonald, Runner Up B Goldfinch. Mens Fourball T Spry and S Gray. Highlight of the tournament was a hole in one by Gary Allerby (his fourth) scored on no 3 hole with Gary stroking his one wood straight into the hole. A team of Waimarino golfers competed at the NZ Maori tournament in Taupo with some very good results; Ladies P Mowatt made Semi-finals Ladies Silver competition. Donna Herewini Runner-up Ladies Junior Champs, Men Senior; K Herewini winner 3rd division champs. Intermediate: D Herewini made semi-finals champs.
