Chiller fees
The Waimarino Community Board called for the council to look at reducing the sewerage and water connection fees for Mair Vennison, at their meeting last week. The board heard that the company was being asked to pay full commercial connection fees, despite using existing connections. The problem follows months of negotiating between the council and the company over the siting of their game chiller in Raetihi.
