League games
The new Waimarino Rugby League club will be allowed to use part of the Raetihi recreation ground, where the soccer grounds have been in the past. The Waimarino Community Board decided to approve their request last week. The board heard that the lights at the ground however, were controlled by the Rugby Union club and not the council, so the league club would need to negotiate with them for their use.
