Reg. 3 -Reg.4 Sections 18(3) and 41 (3), Sale of Liquor Act 1989. 1R1SDAWN& RAYMOND STANELY PARR. has made application to the Ruapehu District Licensing Agency at Taumarunui for the renewal of an Onlicence and an Offlicence in respect of the premises situated at 1 7 Seddon Street Raetihi and known as the Ruapehu Hotel Ltd. The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a hotel. The application seeks as part of the renewal to vary the terms and conditions under which liqu'or may be sold under the licence as follows: (i) By deleting the existing terms and conditions relating to the places, days and times and persons to whom liquor can be sold and substituting the following, nameiy the ability to sell and supply and deliver liquor anywhere on or from the premises as follows:(ii) At any time on any day for consumption qq the premises to any person residing on the premises whether as a lodger or an employee. (iii) Between the hours 11am to 3am Monday to Saturday and between the hours 11am to 10pm Sundays for dining for consumption on the premises to any person present cn the premises for the purpose of dining. (iv) 11am to 3am on any day being Monday to Saturday inclusive (Saturday being extended to 3am Sunday) to any person present on the premises for consumption aq the premises, excepting Good Friday and Christmas Day. (v) 11am to 10pm being a Monday to Saturday (inclusive) to any person present on those premises for consumption &LL those premises, excepting Good Friday and Christmas Day. The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Ruapehu District Council, Manuaute Street, Taumarunui. It is not intended to be open for business and sell liquor to the public all of the hours sought to be authorised following the renewal on every day. The purpose of the application is to obtain authorisation for wider hours to provide flexibility to trade as and when market and/or customer demand requires the licensed facfli ties operated by the applicant to be available. Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the renewal of the application may, not later that 10 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Ruapehu District Licensing Agency, C /- Ruapehu District Council, Private Bag, Taumarunui. This is the first publication of this notice inserted by Iris Dawn & Raymond Stanely Parr, Ruapehu Hotel Ltd, Raetihi.
