Green schemes for Ruapehu looked at
The council should look into the possibility of setting up Taskforce Green' schemes in the district to work on beautification projects. Taskforce Green is a group of government subsidised work schemes. Community board member Winston Oliver has highlighted the number of weed-infested areas in the Waimarino area, particularly in rural parts.
