Cocaine case

The conspiracy to supply cocaine case involving three Ohakune people is into its second week with a large amount of evidence yet to be heard. The High Court case against Christopher Wiloughby Allum, 42, company director of Ohakune; Michael John Bramley, 40, formerly an Ohakune motel proprietor and now a beneficiary in Auckland; Russell Thomas Britt, 30 , beneficiary of Trentham, and a woman who has been granted name suppression, was adjourned last Thursday after the defence claimed there were items of evidence presented, namely comment logs, which they were not made aware of. The case, which involves listening to several taped conversations, allegedly among the accused, resumes today.
