Sewerage options
Turnpage6 seeking Government assistance to fund the right disposal system - whatever that might be. The Wanganui District Council has similar, if not greater problems of a financial nature where their sewage disposal is concerned. Wanganui has mounted a strong case for Government assistance where their scheme is concerned and
I have been assured by Noel Scott that every consideration is being given to Taumarunui's request in conjunction with Wanganui's. After all this is where the problem began. It is important we have as many as possible attend the Public meeting on Thursday 4 October. Please make every effort to be there.
