Living in the southern hemisphere is confusing at Christmas time, when all the hoopla tells us it should be snowing outside and we should be eating winter dishes, but Santa decided to cause even more confusion by visiting the Sunbeam Restaurant on the 25th (June, that is). Diners gathered to celebrate the shortest day, 21 June, complete with Christmas style trimmings.
